Bgood Collective’s policy is to suspend or terminate the account of repeat copyright infringers. Bgood Collective’s response may depend on relevant aggravating or mitigating circumstances, but generally we will terminate an account if it is the subject of three valid infringement notices

Indemnification.

Governing Law
